Mala Compra trails

General Location:  

Riders can park at Bing’s Landing on A1A about 3 miles north of Palm Coast Parkway. Bing’s Landing has pavilions, picnic tables, and bathrooms. Follow the painted crosswalk across A1A then follow the path about 50 yards and you will see the challenging trail entrance over the rocks on your right. You can also park at the end of Mala Compra Rd by the beach and ride down the multi-use trail to the MTB trails.

Sunrise to sunset with exception of night riding with headlights and appropriate gear.

Key Points:

Sulfur pools surrounded by a beautiful native mix of Palms and tropical hardwoods.

Located between near beautiful Flagler Beach and historic St. Augustine.

The trail is a short walk to the beach.

Notes: 

Paved road, trailhead parking, hiking trail, river/creek, docks, picnic areas, pavilions, restroom, restaurant, and points of interest.

Flagler County is promoting the use of the beach parking lot at the end of Mala Compra Road. Access the trail by heading west on the gravel path.

Restrooms can be found adjacent (north) to the parking area.

Insect repellant suggested; expect all native insects and animals.
